This step must be taken 100%… or so they say. The issue really is is that there is no half measures here. We either understand that we have a disease or we continue doing what we have done. We have no choice in the matter. Or fear based mind is power and knows how to control our every action. Our disease has ruined everything we have tried to accomplish in life.
Our disease has robbed us of happiness. If has drown us in despair. It has broken every relationship we have had. And it wasn’t our fault. We where simply acting from a place of great overwhelming fear and anxiety.
So what are we powerless over…
