When i was a kid I loved those holiday specials. I loved watching them and actually had a VHS tape of them that I would watch when ever I was down. I loved the ideas and tone of these shows because it was about everyone being happy and loving one another. This was something that felt very foreign to me when I was a child and I could escape into “Frost the Snow man” or “Santa Claus is coming to town” where people got along and even the villains generally ended up having a change of heart by the end.
So now I get to do my own Recovery Oriented Holiday Special.
